It all begins in 2022, with two parallel visions carried by two men who have not yet met.
Guillaume's Perspective
A student at Epitech Paris, Guillaume is passionate about artificial intelligence and new technologies. While working on his thesis, a statistic strikes him: 50 % of graduates change their career path within the two years following graduation.
Why such a gap between education and professional reality? How to help young people—and more broadly, professionals—to better choose or change direction and find a career that makes sense? Convinced that technology can offer solutions, he develops an initial gamified learning application as part of his AI and blockchain certification. His intuition is clear: career guidance must become more interactive, personalized, and motivating.
Geremino's Perspective
At the same time, but in another world, Geremino, a professional coach with over 15 years of experience in skills development, observes another deep trend. Both inside and outside companies, alarming signals emerge:
loss of meaning at work,
bore-out,
silent resignations.
Career guidance and reintegration professionals find themselves on the front lines but are hit hard by a wave of dehumanized technological tools—too focused on data and too little on people. Geremino decides to react. He sketches a first prototype, the “Arbre de Chirone” (Chirone’s Tree), a skills tree designed to validate and certify learning, with the idea to anchor it in a playful and gamified approach.
